Can we register at the event? If so, where do we register?
You may register at the event on Friday evening beginning at 6pm in the gazebo in Centennial Park located on the corner of Main Street & Broadway Street in Weatherford, OK. Saturday morning Registration will begin at 7am in the registration tent located by the flag pole in Rader Park. You may also pre-register any time until the day of the event to prevent standing in long lines at registration. On Friday evening, a Pre-Registration table will be located at the gazebo where you may pick up your pre-registration packets, t-shirts and 50/50 tickets.
Can I enter for only the cruise or car show?
The $30 Entry Fee includes one or all activities. You must be registered to participate in any participant activity such as the cruise, poker walk, burnout contest, loud exhaust contest, car show, etc.
As a food vendor, is it required to have a health permit?
It is YOUR responsibility as a vendor to ensure you have complied with all city, county and state requirements. You may contact the City of Weatherford for more information at (580) 774-4515.
Are there Burn Outs during the Cruise?
NO!!!! Out of respect for the vehicles, the investment by their owners and the safety of our spectators, we are NOT having Burn Outs during the cruise! This includes spraying water on the road! VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE! We have a Burnout Contest that will be held on Saturday afternoon for participants to compete. Spectators are encouraged to come out and cheer the participants on!
Where can I pick up my t-shirt(s)?
All shirts will be available to pick up at the gazebo on Friday on Main & Broadway Street or Saturday at the registration tent by the flag pole in Rader Park. If you registered a vehicle, your t-shirts will be with your registration packet.
